Eric, on Dewey the E-turtle you ask if everyone on the Internet's 3 years old? I submit that the real question is "does the government think anyone is more than three years old."
There is a long history of the government being out of touch and taking an overly paternal attitude towards the populace. But I agree, this ranks high on both the "total stupidity" and "clueless" meters.
The problem is, these are the people making regulations and laws - and that's not funny!
